Renata Velijacic Fatally Shot in South Louisville; Suspect Stephanie Hill Arrested

A tragic shooting in south Louisville early Monday morning resulted in the death of 29-year-old Renata Velijacic. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. in the 8000 block of Glimmer Way, near New Cut Road. According to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Velijacic was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities swiftly identified and arrested 32-year-old Stephanie Hill in connection with the shooting. Hill faces multiple charges, including murder, robbery, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of a controlled substance.
