Cuyahoga Falls, OH – Authorities are investigating a suspected murder-suicide that occurred Wednesday night at a Taco Bell drive-thru on Graham Road, leaving two people dead. The victims have been identified as Megan Elizabeth Keleman, 25, of Stow, and Jason Williams, 53, of Cuyahoga Falls. Police responded to a report of gunfire shortly before 7:30 p.m. and discovered both individuals shot inside their vehicles. Tragically, both were pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office, Williams fatally shot Keleman before turning the gun on himself. Keleman suffered a gunshot wound to the neck, while Williams died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Witnesses reported that the incident escalated after Keleman pulled ahead of Williams in the drive-thru line. Williams, visibly agitated, repeatedly honked his horn before exiting his vehicle and opening fire.

Further details suggest that Keleman had asked Taco Bell employees to call the police after Williams aggressively rammed his car into hers. Shortly after, Williams stepped out of his car, shot Keleman, and then shot himself. Authorities have stated that there is currently no evidence linking the two individuals, indicating they were likely strangers. Police confirmed that Williams had no significant criminal history, aside from a previous DUI arrest, and had minimal contact with law enforcement.

Investigators have not yet determined if drugs or alcohol played a role in Williams’ actions on the night of the incident. The case remains under investigation, with police working to piece together the events leading up to the tragedy. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation has been called in to assist with processing the crime scene.

Amid the heartbreaking circumstances, the family of Megan Keleman released a statement expressing their deep sorrow. “Our family is grieving the loss of Megan, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend. We ask for privacy during this incredibly difficult time as we focus on supporting each other.” Keleman’s dog, who was found unharmed in her vehicle, has been safely returned to her family.

This devastating event has left the community in shock, raising questions about what could have driven such a tragic outcome. As the investigation continues, authorities hope to provide more answers and bring some level of closure to the families and friends of those affected.
