      Man, 45, Stabbed to death in Downtown Fort Worth During Early Morning Dispute

      A 45-year-old man was tragically stabbed to death during an argument early Friday morning on the east side of downtown Fort Worth. The incident occurred at The Huntley apartment complex on 100 Harding Street, where police were dispatched around 1:40 a.m. after receiving reports of a disturbance.

      Upon arrival, officers found the victim inside one of the apartments, suffering from a stab wound to the lower body. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner later identified the victim as David Dewayne Christopher.

      According to Fort Worth police, the altercation began as a verbal and physical argument between the victim and the suspect outside the apartment complex. The suspect reportedly left the scene but returned shortly afterward, escalating the confrontation by stabbing Christopher at least once.
