      Second Victim Identified in Dayton Mass Shooting, Investigation Continues

      DAYTON, OH – Dayton police have confirmed the tragic passing of a second victim, 18-year-old Jhakavion Casey, from injuries sustained in a mass shooting that occurred on Monday, June 25. Casey, previously in critical condition, succumbed to his injuries, as announced by the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
