      18-Year-Old Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash in Kern County Identified

      TUPMAN, Calif. – Authorities have identified the victim of a tragic single-vehicle accident that occurred near Tupman on Tuesday afternoon as 18-year-old Tristin Jordan Latam. The Kern County Coroner confirmed that Latam, a resident of Tupman, was killed when his car overturned and crashed into a house near the Tule Elk Reserve.
