      A Saco resident, Troy Tanguay, tragically lost his life in a collision in Hollis on Tuesday when the vehicle he was a passenger in attempted to turn in front of an oncoming car. According to the Maine State Police, the incident occurred near 661 Cape Road.

      The crash happened when 28-year-old Emily Rea of Saco, who was driving the vehicle, veered into the oncoming lane while attempting to make a turn. Her vehicle was struck by a southbound car driven by 60-year-old Sean Foley of Lyman. Tanguay, 51, was pronounced dead at the scene, while Rea sustained minor injuries and was transported to Maine Medical Center. Foley was unharmed in the collision.
